Shipping Policy

All orders ship same day or within 1 business day of receipt of order. Orders should arrive 3-5 days after shipping. You will receive order emails from rogz.aftership.com .
All orders for the contiguous USA are charged a minimal shipping fee to cover outbound costs.
International and other orders - pricing is available on checlkout. No international returns accepted.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. For exchange or refund, a fee may be charged if product and packaging is not in original condition.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging and the original tags are included.
- The product and/or tags are not damaged
Please return the product with its original packing to the address on your packing slip which is included in your package or in your email.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charges incurred by you in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
We are happy to honor returns, but ask that you cover the costs of return shipment, unless the error was due to our fault. We try to keep the costs down for everyone by not charging high prices to cover all returns.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately and include photo(s) of the defect. On inspection and where defect s clear, we will provide a return label so that we can inspect the product and let our supplier know of any product issues. Rogz prides ourselves on insane attention to details in the products Rogz designs and builds.
Sale items
Sale items can be refunded, but any shipping costs on the sale will be deducted from refunds.
International Orders
If international order shipments are requested, all orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once the shipment leaves the country of origin, all risk, duties and delivery is the responsibility of the purchaser. As we cannot control what customs may do with your package, we cannot guarantee delivery on time.
