1. Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $25 if you use the coupon.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

2. Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and with its original packaging.

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase included in the package so we can identify the order .

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Toys if they are used in pets mouth. Balls, rope toys etc.

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items).

  • Sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please also include an image of the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and send us the tracking information. Once the tracking information is received, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will refund on receipt of the return.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [5-10] business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
